ABOUT THE SITE
Cursive Photography was developed in the summer of 2007 from the ashes of Toxic Magazine, an online webzine that served the music community from 2003-2007.

Cursivephotography.com uses content from Toxic Magazine and contains articles, reviews, interviews, and photography mostly revolving around the music scene. Although the majority of the content is from the owner and editor, Joanne Miller, additional content is seen from former contributing writers including Ashley Rigazio, Haley Sanderson, Lisa Lentini and Robbie Graves, and additional photography from Heather Nessinger at ohlansdowne.net and Melissa Chu.

Cursive Photography plans to incorporate a fresh staff with a new philosophy and begin actively covering the music scene once again. Local to mainstream and everything in between, Cursive Photography has a dual focus, as indicated by its name. Covering every angle of criticism through reviews, capturing the moment through photography and picking the brains of singers and songwriters are all our goals as we seek to combine both the written and visual elements in evaluating today's music scene.
